jillko accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jillko reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page of the Platform. jillko does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are generally credited to your jillko account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account following KYC completion. jillko processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. jillko's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillko account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if jillko has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
Upon account closure, jillko will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to jillko, provided that no fraud investigation is pending. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jillko's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.
